• Promote overseas properties to clients and investors of these areas, which includes United Kingdom, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia etc.
  
  
• Participate in property exhibitions and seminars
  
  
• Advising and guiding purchasers throughout the process to provide related services such as market condition, mortgages, taxation, procedure, etc
  
  
• Manage client database system
  
  
• Overseas travelling is needed
  
  
• Comprehensive training will be provided including in overseas

 
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fast learner, passionate, enthusiastic & self-motivated
  
  
• Fluent in English and Chinese
  
  
• Fresh graduates will also be considered. Overseas graduate is an advantage
  
  
• No EAA License is required
  
  
• Medical insurance
  
  
• Attractive base (negotiable depending on experience) + high commission package
  
  
  

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of sales executive.
