Job Purpose: 

“To oversee organization of merchandise logistics within Studio and ensure that stock management, quality control and general movements run smoothly whilst adhering to Studio turnover and daily targets” 

Daily Stock Management and Planning

• To manage and communicate accurate daily product lists of merchandise logistics for Studio Operations and Studio to carry out batch (shooting) planning
• To liaise with warehouse to ensure accurate delivery of merchandise to Studio, and Buying team on status of priority products
• To review Studio Operations’ daily task priorities with the Studio Inventory team
• To oversee stock priorities from Buying, Editorial and project requirements for Studio shooting as well as samples, projects and seasonal campaigns, such as Sale, Christmas and brand launches
• To troubleshoot all Studio merchandise issues and communicate to relevant stakeholders
• To monitor and reduce duplicate products to ensure stock is edited prior to handover to Studio
• To oversee stock capacity in Studio locations and action solutions to ensure minimum stock is kept and product returned to stores with agreed service levels, as well as storage capacity
• To assess, process write offs and carry out stock adjustments with stakeholders as needed and keep accurate records

Reporting

• To produce inventory reports on a weekly basis to provide visibility of stock levels and upload status
• To provide weekly reporting of stock in locations and report any risks
• To generate reports on written-off stock and value
• To document Inventory workflow and maintain records for training and review

Requirements 

• Higher diploma or degree holder
• Experience in Warehouse/Logistic/Stockroom or related areas in retail industry is preferred
• Good communication skills, well organized and able to work in a collaborative environment
• Interest in stock management, experienced in fashion industry is preferred
• Can follow routine, daily deadlines and last-minute requests
• Well organized and has a sense of urgency
• Self-motivated and results driven to ensure timely meeting of deadlines
• Proficient in PC software applications especially Microsoft Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
