Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Support Wellcome on Confectionery in various internal and external documentation including purchase order, promotion forms, allocation forms, etc.
• Prepare new line forms, regular reports or templates including monthly KPI reports, shipment reports, distribution report checking, Nielsen update and presentation materials for MT team.
• Support internal coordination of merchandising POSMs delivery and related activities between MT team and supply chain team.
• Support samples ordering and arrange dispatch to all MT customers.
• Support MT team on internal system discount setting and debit note clearance.

Requirements:

• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of customer / sales experience preferably in FMCG
• Customer experience within modern trade customers and field sales delivering solutions that cover product, placement, promotion and/ or pricing
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus to develop effective business relationships internally and externally
• Good computer skills
• Independent, attentive to details, proactive to solve problems and be good organizer
