Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone call and reply email enquiries about passenger's lost and found properties
• Provide service to passenger at service counter for the enquiries about their lost and found properties
• Update lost and found properties detail into the computer system
• Provide support to duty manager in preparing operation report

Requirements:

• Secondary School Form 7 or above
• At least 3 years’working experience in customer service
• Good customer greeting and well versed in information assistance
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available will be an advantage
