Job Description
Our Client, a Japanese multinational conglomerate which specializes in consumer and professional electronics and gaming, is seeking a Customer Information Officer to support their daily operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle call-in customer enquiries (Cantonese, English & Mandarin)
- Responsible to handle Tele-sales, product & marketing promotion, technical support and service related enquiries(e.g. Camera, Television etc.)
- Proactive outbound – contact customer about online order follow up, retention scheme introduction, company activity invitation and customer feedback collection
- Process & response customer’s enquiries / feedback through email and social media platform
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service field is required & tele-marketing skills is preferable
- Demonstrate in good Customer Service mindset handling skills
- Native speaker of English & Mandarin is an advantage
- 09:00-18:00/ 10:00-19:00/ 11:00-20:00 (Shift Duty is required)
- Fresh grad welcome
