Job Description:

• Solid experience in business flow and operations of Retail and FMCG , familiar with General Trade and Key Account Management
• Develop sales plans and strategies, design the business models to achieve business target
• Monitor and motivate the distributor to drive sales performance
• Manage business reviews, including collection of market intelligence, analysis and development of follow-up actions
• Work closely with Marketing to explore new business strategies and lift brand awareness across sales channels
• Monitor stock inventory and coordinate shipment order placement
• Plan Below-the-line budget, allocate resources and lead all BTL support

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector (in particular health & beauty category)
• Experience in new product launch and distributor management is highly preferred
• Sales oriented and possess strong leadership skills
• Innovative, independent and with good business acumen
• Good communications and interpersonal skill, highly adaptive to changes & challenges
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese (Putonghua and Japanese are an advantage)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
