Responsibilities :

• Handle customer enquiries and response to their needs in a professional manner
• Maintain customer relationship to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
• Deliver timely and high quality services to meet customer requirements and standards
• Work closely with internal departments to handle customer inquiries and feedbacks
• Assist and handle ad-hoc assignments as well as operational projects

Requirements:

• Fresh tertiary institution or college graduates
• Service-oriented with sound knowledge in customer service operation or any service related industry
• Conversational Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Basic knowledge in PC operations and MS office
• Self-motivated, cheerful, pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
