We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and motivated CS social media associate to join our team.  Reporting to the business development lead, your mission will be to deliver amazing social customer care experiences that drive positive brand sentiment and awareness.

You will be the owner of social media inquiries and required to work collaboratively and independently to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience. You will anticipate and support the needs of our business, responding to questions and customer concerns, and recommending process improvements as needed.

The Job

• Perform a leading role of CS professional includes creative communications, project management and analysis
• Handle inquiries on social media and/or any other digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and your peers to improve the support experience for customers
• Perform additional duties as required, such as ad-hoc project, reporting etc.

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience of handling inquiries on social media and/or any other digital platforms
• Have knowledge of working in the telecom/technology sector and/or for a subscription service
• A multitasker with excellent organizational skills with high personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up
• Good command of computer skills, written and oral Cantonese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
