Responsibilities:

• To review trademarks, negotiate letters of authorization and indemnity provided by suppliers
• To manage and file documentation required from Group Company Suppliers on an ongoing basis.
• To achieve compliance from suppliers to Group Companies with LCJG documentary requirements
• To monitor and protect Group Company IP Portfolio
• To develop and update of legal training and policies for LCJG Group Companies
• To support Group Companies in managment of day to day legal matters on an ongoing basis.

  Requirements:

• Degree holder in law discipline with a minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal (preferably with intellectual property practises in law firm)
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills
• Ability to handle projects with tight timeline
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
