Sales & Marketing – Hong Kong  

Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager, Area South China

Job Description:

• Arrange the agreement filing for the customers in Hamburg Sud Internal System
• Follow up the free time application with destination offices arrange OOG filing
• Provide Globe support to the outdoor sales rep.
• Coordinate with other departments for the customer issue, such as space issue, rete dispute, booking release
• Follow up enquiries for customers
• Distribute FAK rate offer to customers
• Backup the outdoor Sales rep. when he/she is out of office for sales call
• Provide the tailor-made report to the customers
• Prepare & participate the internal meetings
• Use datebase / booking pivot & other statistics tools to compile ad-hoc analysis / report
• Reply any rate/service enquiry within same working day by effectively using long distance call
• Communicate competitive information to Sales and Management
• Comply with all company policies and operate within the expense budget
• Develop positive relationships, communicate and coordinate activities with other employees in Sales, CUS, , Logistics, Operations, Accounting and other Local Business Units (LBU’s)
• Working on self-initiative
• Maintain customer files

Qualifications:

• Preferably tertiary education with 5 passes in HKCEE / DSE
• Fluent Oral English, Mandarin, & Cantonese
• Fluent Writing English & Chinese
• Excellent Knowledge on Word / Excel application & PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years’ shipping / forwarding experience
