電話銷售主任
工作地點: 屯門友德工業大廈(近屯門西鐵站), 提供接駁巴士往返九龍
工作時間: 長短週, 長週返5.5天, 短週返5天, 逢星期日休息
職責:
- 於熱線中心內與客戶聯絡，並致力提供良好客戶服務
- 把握機會推廣服務及產品優惠或挽留客戶
- 跟從規定及程序處理工作，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
- 遵從公司及其合作伙伴的工作要求、政策、規條及作業程序
- 主動地了解及學習與工作相關的知識
- 以專業態度履行職務，並時刻保持公司形象
- 按需要協助處理其他工作
- 熟悉流動電話服務及銷售者將優先考慮為資深電話銷售主任
工作要求 :
- 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度
- 客戶優先，具解決困難能力並著重成果
- 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
- 具良好聆聽、溝通及銷售技巧
- 具有良好的軟件應用經驗
- 熟悉流動電話產品及服務者優先考慮
