Responsibilities:

• Assist and support on all commercial activities for the Travel Retail team including account management, operation, client servicing, price list and inventory for Asia Pacific markets
• Keep close liaison with travel retail client to maximize all growth potential
• Collect and delivery sales analysis, sales progress report and other sales related reporting professionally among markets and franchisees
• Monitor merchandising level to ensure efficient activities for stock and inventory level
• Provide support and communicate with internal and external parties regarding inventory, visual merchandising, packaging material, logistic arrangement and payment status
• Assist and conduct seasonal training
• Assist in ad hoc projects coordination and execution

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business, Textiles, Fashion Design or relevant disciplines
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in fashion retail, wholesale or travel retail business •
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong in excel skills (pivot table, v-look up)
• Experience working in international luxury fashion brand is preferred
• Highly independent person who is able to perform a variety of tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, mature and a team player
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive
