• Looking for both full time shop manager and part time sales associates
• Located on Kimberly Road, TST
• Full Time Shop Manager Salary: HKD 18,000-20,000 
• Part Time Salary: HKD 60/hr
• Commission bonus
• 9 hours per day
• FT: 6 days leave per month + monthly holiday

Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE -

○       Minimum 1 - 2 years of retail sales experience (luxury brands, fashion, clothing industry related experiences preferred)

• SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/ATTRIBUTES -

○       Enthusiastic, service oriented & people oriented with a professional attitude

○       Strong work ethic, integrity and honesty with a positive mindset

○       Intelligence, willingness to pro-actively learn and memorise brand names and product knowledge

○       Passion and interest in fashion and clothes is a must

○       Attention to detail

○       Ability to multi-task

○       Flexible & able to adapt

○       Proficient with technology

• LANGUAGE -

○       Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Korean is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and friendly customer service
• Maintain customer relations & build customer database - updating customers’ on new arrivals, promotions etc.
• Perform shop & other operational duties (maintaining shop cleanliness, quality control of products, regular stock-take, etc.)
• Meet daily sales targets
• Perform AD HOC duties
• Maximise sales by identifying and meeting customers’ needs
