Responsibilities

• Handle daily local stock replenishment orders from 3PL warehouse
• Work closely with 3PL for daily logistic and warehouse operation
• Handle import and export shipments, manage inbound and outbound orders and documentations among different countries and customs
• Support on reporting, prepare and review monthly supply chain and inventory reports
• Support the Showroom pickup counter & handle customers enquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Logistics or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ experience in  logistic or supply chain operations
• Independent, responsible, mature, well-organized and detail-minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Excel such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, advanced formulas
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Working hours: 11:30am - 8:30pm (Mon - Fri) , 10:30am - 7:30pm (Sat)
