The individual has to lead the supply chain customer relationship and be accountable for supply chain compliance and operational excellence for International Supply Chain (ISC) customers.

Acting as an international supply chain expert, you are required to implement the continuous improvement, oversee the data quality accuracy, provide timely responses and resolve problems escalating from local origin operations.

Essential function:

• Build up and maintain strong relationship management with existing and new key account customers and to satisfy their expectations by utilizing company supply china products.
• Act as account’s focal point of contact on program performance, drive regular KPI & performance review meetings
• Set and follow up Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), traffic flow, communication with customers and overseas counterpart
• Monitor branch operational performance with massive data quality management
• Perform as a superuser of company’s supply chain product (PO management system)
• Engage with local origins and oversea ISC team to proactively drive operations efficiencies via corrective and preventive action plans for operational excellence
• Prepare quotations, reports, presentations & required documents when necessary
• Implement project initiatives
• Frequent business travel/ training in Asia Pacific will be required
• Undertake any other duties and tasks assigned, and assist of special projects upon management request

Requirements:

• University Degree holder or equivalent qualification
• +5 years’ practical working experience in multinational freight forwarding and logistics organizations.
• Have a good understanding of the market and good knowledge in relationship management 
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and negotiation
• Possess proven track reference in managing global/ key accounts
• Good command of Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Excellent computer literacy of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Work Location: San Po Kong
