Responsibilities:

• Real time monitoring of day-to-day operations, perform in-terminal, SkyPier, roadside and work sites patrols (3RS, HZMB, etc)
• Handle and prepare day-to-day operation logs, reports and paper works
• Attend to accidents, incidents and fault report; coordinate with external and internal parties concerned for assistance, remedial actions and solutions
• Liaise and coordinate with service contractors for road management and in-terminal and landside cleaning, car park and taxi station management, anti-touting, SkyPier baggage handling and tax refund
• Liaise and coordinate with captains, FHA licensee and service contractors for berth control, slot assignment, speed monitoring of high-speed ferry, operate the operation system e.g. SPMV, PIMS, AIS and other duties in relation to SkyPier operations
• Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on scene investigation and prepare incident / accident reports for the necessary actions of management
• Required to work on shift duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in aviation, logistics, business administration, transportation or related disciplines with at least 1 year’s work experience in operational related area.
• Higher diploma holder with at least 3 years’ working experience in airside / landside / road management of airport or airline operations will also be considered
• Possession of valid HK driving license class 1 or 2
• Being a good team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
