Job Description
Purpose of job
- The position will have to assist the team in any ad-hoc matter included but not limited to provide assistance in packing company documents, handle invoices and update data
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack and deliver company documents to ships
- Handle all invoices
- Update data and documents onto office website
- Distribute internal company newsletter or bulletin to all colleagues
- Carry out physical labour work such as packing and unpacking of boxes
- Assist in the preparation of data analysis and reports for company audit
- Assist in any ad-hoc matters as assigned by Manager
Jobs Requirements:
- Form 6, IVE or Diploma of any faculty. Marine-related studies are highly preferred
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong team player with positive working attitude
- Fresh graduates from university with a good attitude will be considered
