The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the commercial team in estimating resources to accomplish customers’ needs and identifying sustainable competitive advantages for the business unit.

Your tasks:

• Analyze data and associate it with meaningful business figure
• Assessing value-to-money of service providers
• Provide sales support, e.g. quotation preparation, building pricing and cost model
• Risk management
• Management account reporting
• Prepare regular reports to management and monthly sales pipeline reporting
• Support operation to achieve full efficiency using tools such as Operation Research Methods
• Compile monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report
• Assist in achieving continuous profit improvement across all accounts and department
• Liaise with operations managers and credit control team to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Degree holder in Business Management / Finance / Logistics
• 1 year relevant working experience, experience in PRC is an added advantage
• Strong at analytical skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferable
• Computer literate, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Possess core competencies including managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility
• Work location: Tsing Yi
