Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly management reports.
• Assist supervisor to manage the third party logistics contractors.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Monitor the daily warehouse operation including inbound, outbound, storage and etc.
• Assist the samples management in the scope of data processing and physical counting.
• Prepare and support for stock count.

Requirements

• University graduate in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of supply chain management is required
• Sometimes outdoor work is required
• Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Experience of operating SAP is definitely an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Strong team player, highly discipline with quick responsive, good coordination skills and can be work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Remarks:

• Work location: Lau Fou Shan with shuttle bus from Tin Shui Wai station provided
• Working hour: Monday to Friday plus alternative Sat (half day)
