Responsibilities:

• Lead route teams in execution of brand and channel plans for vending businesses
  Manage daily vending distribution activities and operation of route teams in order to hit the sales target
• Manage the existing fleet and handle the operational issues in delivery, such as, customer complaints, traffic accidents, etc.
• Plan and schedule all deliveries to assure high customer satisfaction
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance the team’s productivity, operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop, implement and communicate company and department directions, performance standards and work practices to team members
• Execute improvement projects to maintain the highest service and merchandising standards in the market
• Evaluate services requirements to maximize utilization of resources

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years in relevant working experience
• Proven ability to drive change in established business process and supervising the team to achieve the target
• Sound supervisory skills, dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Computer literate, well- versed in MS Office
