Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily logistics operations tasks, such as handling correspondence on logistics matters and stocktaking at warehouse.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth run of logistics flow and on-schedule delivery
• Assist to prepare shipping documents.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Prepare and consolidate data for reports to management in an accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in logistics/supply chain management or relevant discipline.
• 2+ years’ solid experience in logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS applications; experience of applying ERP systems at work would be a definite advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Good communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Pro-active, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Occasional outdoor work is required.
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Logistics Assistant.
