Responsibilities

• Response to customer's needs in timely manner in effective communication   
• Coordinate among warehouse, order desk, delivery teams and customers for delivery
• Inventory management for responsible customer’s
• Handle documentations, logs and invoice processing and customer enquiries
• Responsible for warehouse duties: stock-in/out processing, packing and repacking, labeling, recording, delivery arrangement etc

Requirements

• DSE or HKAL or above
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Responsible, self-motivate, good communication and customer services skills
• Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
• Good in computer applications, such as MS Word and Excel
• Immediately available is highly preferred
