The Job

• Develop the data collecting work flow of Warehouse and Distribution Operations.
• Develop and maintain standard business analysis reporting.  
• Collect, analysis and monitor the data of Pick Rate, Product Hit Rate, Pallet Location Utilization.  
• Compiles logistical metrics data and regular tracking of KPIs.  
• Monitor industry standards, trends, or practices to identify developments in logistics planning or execution. 
• Provide business insight and findings through the data analysis, also provide recommendations in logistics processes, e.g.  opportunities for inventory reductions and corrective action in operating procedures...etc.      
• Provide recommendations in performance enhancement and costs reductions such as route planning, delivery arrangement…etc. 
• Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes.   
• Coordinate with external parties for supply chains activities or new system implementation.
• Conduct physical inventories when necessary.
• Provide supports on special projects and execute the ad-hoc assignment.     
• Develop the data collecting work flow of Warehouse and Distribution Operations.

The Person

• Degree holder in Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics
• At least 1 year of experience in system analysis or database management/Logistics Management (in warehouse operation and familiar with transportation procedures)
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, access, SQL and statistical/ data-mining tools such as SPSS
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Analytical and well versed in data analysis of inventory and logistics operations is preferred
• Fresh graduates will be considered
