The Job

• Handle full set of shipping documents including DN, I/E docs, L/C and bank documents, customs declaration, shipment, delivery or devanning services arrangement
• Ensure the transaction compliance to agreed shipment terms
• Liaise and coordinate with various internal & external parties
• Order management, material & inventory control 
• Maintain, update and prepare require reports, spreadsheets and stock information accurately
• 6-day work week (Mon-Sat 09:00-17:30) at Kwai Chung

The Person

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics / supply chain field
• Knowledge in Import and Export license application process preferred
• Good command of spoken and written both in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Applications including Word and Excel
