Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with internal departments / forwarders / head office in inbound shipment
• Be responsible for  inventory control and stock accuracy for products and samples
• Monitor and lead 3PL service on inbound, order processing and delivery
• Handle import / export declaration
• Support on ad hoc or other jobs assigned by superior

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above
• At least 2 years solid experience in warehouse management
• Good knowledge in freight forwarding and shipping
• Good command in both English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, can-do attitude
• Hands on in SAP, WMS systems and tradelink system
• Good command of Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferable

Working Locations: Lau Fau Shan and Kowloon Bay
