Duties:

•   Handle full set of Accounts, including reconciling of inter company transactions
•   Daily entry AR & AP transactions
•   Monthly reconcile account transaction between accounting system and the operation system
•   Prepare closing Journal and bank reconciliation monthly
•   Liaise with subsidiaries or agencies’ accounting to get information for compliance reporting 

Requirements:

•    1-2 years accounting experience;
• Able to handle full set of Accounts is preferred
• Eager to learn full set will be definitely a plus
• Experience in the shipping or Air-freight field will be an advantage
•   Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word
•   Good command of ORAL English and Cantonese
•   Immediate available is highly preferable
