• Responsible for preparing schedules, reconciliation, statutory accounts and audit schedules of companies, and other ad hoc assignments
• Assist in group consolidation and announcement process
• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in audit or accounting field, preferably gained from listed property management industry. Candidates with listed company background in different industry will also be considered
• Experience in handling full set of accounting is a must
• Qualified Accountant or Semi-finalist of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good PC skills and proficient in Flex accounting software
• Able to work independently, proactive and be a good team player
• Student member or candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Assistant
