Job Description
JOB DUTIES
- Send receipts for bank accounts including Retainer & Office accounts
- Copy and file statements and cheques
- Check up any unidentified amounts with fee earner and relevant parties
- Perform Account retaining
- Perform credit control functions
- Send AR reports to fee earners
- Update status to Credit Controller
- Perform ad hoc duties as per required
- Prepare contract for client settlement
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
- Windows
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Outlook – AdEx and other accounting systems
REQUIREMENT
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting function from legal industry and other pro firm is preferred
- Good communicator, self- motived person
