Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality standard, improve the organization's core business
processes and to support the development of a customer-centered organization.

Provide quality and reliability engineering support on manufacturing process and
product changes.

Be a focal person to interact with customer on product return. Able to lead
manufacturing counterparts to resolve customer issues and meet customer
requirements.

Provide effective protection to the customers through the implementation of effective
quality/reliability problem detection methods and close interaction with manufacturing
counterparts.

Analyze and troubleshoot product failures and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.

Good working experience in quality system improvment.

A good understanding of ISO13485,ISO9001


Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin

Able to communicate with overseas clients.
