Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Business Admin or other disciplines
• Talent in technology recruitment area. 
• Prefer working experience in Financial Institution 
• Manage the entire process of recruitment service from candidate sourcing, matching, and evaluating, presenting profiles, arranging interviews to all follow-up work with clients and candidates
• No prior working experience is required. Fresh graduate with hardworking mentality will also be considered
• Able to build relationship with both clients and candidates so as to deliver outstanding quality services
• Maintain accurate and complete records on all job orders and candidate personal files
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced and result-driven environment
• Aggressive, sales-oriented and able to work hard and under pressure
