Our client is an Asset Management company with operations in HK & PRC. Due to business expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR candidate to join the team in H.K.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, etc
• Administer staff compensation and benefits including payroll, medical benefits , salary review, tax filing, MPF contributions, bonus payout, etc
• Review and revamp performance appraisal system including design of forms, conducting briefing session to department managers
• Handle staff issues and grievances and build team spirit
• Introduce best HR practices to the organization
• Coordinate any staff training as and when required
• Provide support in any HR ad-hoc tasks

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience
• Well-versed with employment ordinance and other HR regulations
• Able to work independently with sound judgement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
