One of our clients, a consulting firm is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customer, perform investigation, resolve or work with Developers to close support request
• Analyze and provide solutions to system failure cases
• Perform QA / Testing
• Perform project deployment, production installation and configuration
• Prepare the incident report and service report

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 2 years’ working experience in Application Support
• Solid knowledge of Web development such as Dot Net and Java
• Knowledge of Database such as MSSQL, Oracle
• Knowledge of Document Imaging Software
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking and VMware
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
