Job Duties

• Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance and installation of hardware & software as well as network administration.
• To provide full support to the company’s systems and ensure they are operating smoothly and efficiently.
• Install and set up POS system for own shops and retail counters.
• Provide monitoring and backups to CCTV systems.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in computer studies / information system.
• Proficiency in PC & Microsoft Office application.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience of user support, software usage and system administration preferable but not essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft SQL Server, backup solution, networking and firewall.
• Familiar with PC hardware and software support.
• Honest, polite, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work outdoor.
• Working location in Tuen Mun (next to West Rail).
• Working hour:  Mon. to Fri.  8:30 – 18:00
• Immediate available preferred.
