Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate both internal resources, clients, stakeholders and 3rd parties / vendors
• Develop detail project roadmaps and timelines
• Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs
• Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner
• Manage the relationship with the clients and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Technology or Business related discipline
• Experience in ERP/CRM/POS high preferred
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and project governance
• Experienced in managing large scale projects
• Works well in multi-tasking and cross team structure
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
• May need to attend team meetings on Saturdays
