We are looking for a leader who will:

• Provide a high standard of customer service 
• Lead the team to drive the business and achieve sales targets
• Lead the team and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
• Maintain daily operations including stores display maintenance, stock control and manpower arrangement
• Generate sales report, formulate sales strategies and report to management regularly

We are expecting a leader to have:

• 5 years of retail experience with 2 years of management level experience
• Experience in Luxury Fashion is an advantage
• Aggressive and independent with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as associated manager
