Responsibilities:

• To assist in full spectrum of Accounts department such as data entry, filing and copying
• Responsible for Account Payable and Receivable
• Prepare payment & receipt voucher
• Responsible for checking of sales and cost invoices
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent
• LCC intermediate level or above
• 2 years of relevant working experience perferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and typing
• Organized, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional business trips to China for internal auditing
