Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk-based financial and operational audits according to Annual Audit Plan
• Review compliance with corporate policies and procedures and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
• Prepare internal audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations
• Follow-up on the implementation of audit recommendations
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' audit experience in sizable listed companies, MNC and or/ Big 4 CPA firms
• Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CISA or equivalent is desirable
• Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to organize well, attend to details, work independently under pressure and good interpersonal skills
• Frequent travels to Asia Pacific region are required
