Job Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end closing for the group independently with minimum supervision including ledger maintenance, bank loan summary, bank reconciliation and P&L reconciliation, etc;
• Handle different kind of payments and fund transfer;
• Prepare management accounts and update schedules;
• Assist in audit and tax filing in Hong Kong;
• Assist in group consolidation, budgeting and reporting schedule
• Liaise with China and overseas offices; and
• perform ad hoc duties when required;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of recognized accounting bodies such as HKICPA or ACCA (Student member is also acceptable); 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sizable organization or listed companies;
• Experience in handling full set of accounts and simple consolidation;
• Self-initiative and well-organized team player with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in accounting system (金蝶EAS 系统 is preferred), Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing in essential;
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Putonghua); and 
• Immediate availability is preferred.
