Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and online banking functions
• Prepare daily bank and trust reconciliation and assist in daily FRR computation
• Handle accounts receivable and payable process
• Perform general accounting duties and prepare monthly reporting packages
• Prepare reconciliations and other accounting schedules
• Co-ordinate with settlement department and counterparties
• Follow up payable to counterparties and related matters
• Undertake ad hoc office duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• Min. 1 years relevant working experience, preferably in financial industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good team player and good communication skill
• Willing to learn and take extra responsibilities
• Willing to work overtime (will have compensation leave)
• Less experience will also consider as Accounting Clerk
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
