Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing independently
• Prepare monthly report and financial reporting
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports on actual vs budget
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years’accounting experience, preferably gained in real estate industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting system
• Independent and self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
