Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Group Financial Controller
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, schedule of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for Group Financial Controller
• Prepare reports and business correspondences
• Assist the Company Secretarial Team in handling company secretarial works
• Assist the maintenance of statutory records and filings
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above, degree holder preferred
• Student member of HKICS is a definite advantage
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and multi-tasking
• Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office
