Job Description
Requirements
- Certificate graduate or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience in sales order processing
- Previous experience in coordination with factory and clients
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Chinese WP
- Detail-oriented, energetic, adaptable and responsible
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow up sales orders and delivery arrangement with customers
- Maintain order transactions and stock information in the system
- Assist in preparing quotation, purchase orders and sales invoice
- Coordinate with internal parties on daily sales operation support
