Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of secretarial/administrative support Management;
  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, reports, presentations;
  • answer incoming calls and general enquiries;
  • Support on general administration including meeting minutes, calendar management, travel/hotel arrangements, etc;
  • Others ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 2-3 years secretarial or administrative experience;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people of different levels and background;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Good computer skills, eg. MS Office;
