Job Duties:

• Receive and register patients;
• Answer telephone inquiries and schedule appointments;
• Handle payments and process dentists accounts;
• Order and maintain inventories of office supplies;
• Prepare basic book-keeping documents and reports;
• Assist in promotional activities, such as exhibition and conference registration, brochure or pamphlet printing and mailing etc; and
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 year or above relevant experience preferable
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel applications
• Basic understanding of book-keeping
• Presentable with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good commands of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, work independently, detail-minded, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
