Responsibilities

1. Lead a HR team to implement all corporate human resources and administration function
2. Implement full spectrum of human resources and administration function including but not limited to recruitment, MPF, database management, attendance system etc.
3. Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment, training programs, employee coaching, payroll, work safety and injury management, and performance review
4. Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
2. At least 3 year work experience in HR field
3. Relevant experience in catering or hospitality industry will be an advantage
4. Detail-orientated, excellent leadership and negotiation skill
5. Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation
6. Proficiency in written both Chinese and English correspondence
7. Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, and Chinese word processing
8. Highly motivation, independence and ability to work under pressure
9. Immediately available is preferred
