Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality customer services and assist in achieving business sales target.
• Responsible for inventory, people management, trade skills and knowledge and other leadership soft skills.
• Provide field coaching for the beauty advisors
• Coordinate on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company from time to time

Requirement:

• 5year + experience in beauty/ retail industry
• Passionate in cosmetic makeup/Skin care
  
• Basic knowledge in beauty and make-up skills
• Able to speak in 2 languages
  
• Beauty or make-up certificate will be an advantage
