Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities of office and Tung Chung Apartments
• Lead the team to deliver high level of service for our clients consistently
• Handle sales of office suites, conference rooms and other services
• Handle billings, clients’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Record services rendered to clients and prepare daily reports
• Ensure timely completion of jobs and quality of work for clients
• Responsible for improvements and implementations of new services and operational policies
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant operational experience gained from sizable firms or multinational companies in which 2 years’ in supervisory level
• Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, coaching and customer services skills
• Fluent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and overtime
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
