Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming telephone calls, greeting guests/visitors, mailing, courier and conference room arrangement
• Provide general office administration and clerical support, such as stationary ordering, office supplies and office equipment, facilities maintenance, bills and invoices settlement 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with min. 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good command in spoken English and Mandarin is required
• Good in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communications skill
