Our client, a Chinese PE Investment firm, is looking for a Receptionist who can speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Answer in-coming calls and direct calls to the correct offices. Take and pass on messages in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the reception desk is always manned. Maintain security awareness.
• Give directions to guests and delivery person as required.
• Check and ensure the stationery store room has sufficient stock of all necessary supplies, clean and in order.
• Maintain the Reception desk and mail room in clean and orderly manner.
• Register incoming mails and parcels. Act as coordinator for dispatching mails/ parcels via courier services.
• Coordinate with Office Admin Staff and liaise with vendors for office and pantry supplies as well as office equipment maintenance.
• Provide other clerical support when required.

Requirements:

• Is mature, diplomatic and ability to work with a team environment
• Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
• Communicates and writes with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
