Responsibilities:

• To provide and update analysis support to Development team including budget report 
• To monitor the account and act as a point of contact for any queries
• Provide administration support for the Development team including all contract documents, agreements and meeting minute
• Organize and maintain database and filing system
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Development Administrative Executive
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline or candidates from China (IANG) are also welcome
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
